The birthstones are authentic Austrian crystals and hand implemented. A set of gold baby footprints are seen facing towards a rising morning sun. The heart pendant and the 20 inch curb chain are made of high quality sterling silver. The heart is 3/4 inches tall and 9/16 inches wide.
